Annual Yard Sale
Each year the Union Presbyterian Women hold a large yard sale. All the profits go to helping ministries in the surrounding area. Last year they supported North Star Initiative (human trafficking), The Oaks in Oxford and local needs in the Solanco Community.
The 2021 yard sale is scheduled for July 16th & 17th 7am-1pm each day.
annual Patriotic Organ Concert
The community fills the church each year to hear organist Bob Trimble play some of their favorites. There is something for everyone! Hymns, songs from the Sound of Music and plenty of patriotic songs. We honor our veterans by playing each armed service songs. This year we recorded the concert instead of having it in person and we convinced him to play "Take Me Out to the Ball Game." Links to the recorded 2020 concerts are on our home page.
We were extremely blessed to be able to hold this year's concert in person!
Annual Homecoming celebration
Every October we hold our homecoming service. This is a wonderful time to come to Union Presbyterian Church to celebrate the past, present, and future of God’s faithfulness
to us and our faithfulness to God.
